Rachel Bilson recently showed off a brand new hair do in her Zac Posen Spring 2008 dress. Here's a pic of her and then a pic of Agyness wearing it down the runway. Who wore it better? Who accessorized it better? (I realize one is real life one is runway, just wanted to see what you guys thought).

1I don't like the dress that much at all but I agree with emalove, it somehow looks better on Rachel. However, I don't like the black tights she wore with it.
2i would never consider this dress looking good on anyone based solely on the runway look (just because of how shapeless it is), but rachel shows that it is wearable off the runway!

7Rachel wears it better. Not the tights and accessories but the dress just goes better with her, it fits her better.
